Samburu suits people who have done a safari before, or who want somewhere with fewer vehicles. The reserve follows the Ewaso Ng'iro river, and most animals stay close to it in the dry season.

  • Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk and Beisa oryx
  • Riverside game drives with few other vehicles
  • A stop on the equator at Nanyuki
