Travelcats Africa Safaris Limited (company number PVT-GYUVZ5R), Kasarani Biashara Centre, Kasarani Mwiki Road, Roysambu, Nairobi, Kenya, is responsible for your personal data. Contact us about privacy at hello@travelcatsafrica.com or on +254 726 856548.

• When you send an inquiry: your name, email, phone number if you give it, travel dates, group size and your message.
• When you book: the details lodges, parks and airlines need, such as full names as on passports, dates of birth, dietary needs and, where required, passport numbers.
• When you pay: the amount, date and payment reference. Card and M-Pesa payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• When you browse this site: which pages you visit, the site or link that brought you here, your device type and the country your connection comes from. We do not store your IP address.

We use three of our own cookies to count visits and see which links and social posts bring people to the site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

• To reply to your inquiry and send you a quote, because you asked us to.
• To book and run your trip, which is part of our contract with you.
• To keep financial records, because the law requires it.
• To understand which pages and posts work, so we can improve the site. This uses the browsing data above, not your name or email.

• The camps, lodges, airlines and parks in your itinerary, only what they need to host you.
• Our payment provider, to process card and M-Pesa payments.
• The services that run this website and our email: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database and file storage), Brevo (sending email) and Zoho (our mailbox). Some of these store data outside Kenya, under contracts that protect it.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

• Inquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after 24 months.
• Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Kenyan tax and accounting law requires.
• Passport details are deleted once your trip is over and any permits are closed.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. Email hello@travelcatsafrica.com and we will reply within 14 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.
